PERMISSION FOR OVERFLIGHTS

According to Article 3.2 of the AIC of the Republic of Armenia, it is not necessary to submit preliminary requests for operating international transit flights of civil aircraft not landing in the Republic of Armenia airports. The flight plan submitted before each flight is sufficient.

According to Article 3.3 of the AIC, permission for flights of foreign state aircraft and flights conveying Heads of Foreign States and Governments are given through diplomatic channels by the Armenian Republic Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
